A10 Bordeaux direction Toulouse A65 direction Lubbon Take the exit Captieux  than direction Losse and Gabarret . At Gabarret direction SOS and Nérac RN 656. After leaving the village (about 2 km) there is a road at your left to Château de Buros.

A10 Toulouse, direction Bordeaux exit Agen than follow Nérac, Mézin, Poudenas Sos. RN 656 after leaving SOS (about 10 minutes). Take the road at your right to Château de Buros.
